The location was GREAT, close to shops and rail stations. It was very quiet. The christmas decs were beautiful. I also found the staff to be very friendly.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, it was disappointing. The bath and shower did NOT work properly, it just looked uncleaned.

the check in staff was really kind , cute me to the hotel. i got a room thoughtfully changed from two single beds to a double bed. the hotel's lounge area felt grand , like i was royalty!

i noticed a very slight draft from the windows , though it was not a major issue.

the front desk staff was helpful with directions. housekeeping promptly provided extra towels upon request. service at the restaurant was attentive , with quick order processing and drink refills.
